She has successfully translated her operational smarts to support the unique needs of many niche professionals, including the logistical demands of Equestrian Professionals, the complex branding for Music Artists and Bands, and the digital showcasing required by Photographers, Artists, and Makers.
When she's not making businesses shine, Mary loves spending time with her family (her husband, kid, and furry friends!). She’s also a lifelong musician, vocalist, and songwriter, and channels her creativity into making mixed media jewelry and, perhaps less successfully, gardening!
Stephanie Mitchell | Systems & Communications Specialist
Stephanie's varied background gives her a unique perspective on business operations. Her experience spans demanding fields like law enforcement (corrections), as well as nutrition and medical insurance support and systems management. This diverse foundation ultimately fueled her expertise in learning how to set up robust CRM and office systems.
Stephanie is excellent at ensuring businesses run smoothly and communicate effectively. She brings solid skills in social media management and content design, paired with a deep understanding of why organized operations are crucial for growth.
Currently, Stephanie is putting her operational skills to the test while rehabbing her forever home, which has given her significant, hands-on experience working directly with construction professionals and managing large projects.
Outside of work, Stephanie is a dedicated wife and mother to her husband, Kevin, and two-year-old son, Levi. She's an avid reader, a home improvement enthusiast, and is even producing a YouTube video series chronicling her home rehab adventures!
